Upcoming new book by Tracee Stanley

Living Ritual arrives
on August 25, 2026

Let the whispers of longing reawaken a sacred part of yourself that is connected to natural rhythms, the Earth, the ancestors, and a devotion to all life.

The Divine is already

dancing in our lives.

What if our rituals awakened us to the interconnectedness of all things?

Rituals realign us with our purpose so we can hear the wisdom of the soul.

As we connect with the true Self, we restore meaning, connection, and belonging.

“Tracee eloquently weaves teachings from a plethora of Yoga, Ayurveda and Buddhist traditions with embodied wisdom and care, inviting one and all to pause, dream, inquire, imagine and create a life oriented toward purpose, joy and liberation. At a time when the world is in a free falling frenzy, Living Ritual offers anchor, solace and grace—and a long exhale!”

―Anjali Rao, author of Yoga as Embodied Resistance

“Tracee Stanley has written the book for anyone who's ever felt too fractured to access the sacred while living with dishes in the sink and deadlines on the calendar. Living Ritual meets you in your exhaustion and your longing, showing you how every breath, threshold, every ordinary moment is already holy. Stanley's wisdom will change how you practice, relate, and how you live. This book is both the altar to sit at and your answered prayer.”
